Although I have always got my Highlander serviced at Toyota dealerships now at 125 K miles I have switched to this service provider, based on a recommendation from my neighbor. Toyota dealerships seem to have a surplus of administrators and sales personnel and a shortage of mechanics. They also are having increased staff turnover.

I brought my car to Begley's Auto Repair- Westway Shell, for a problem that I was having. Nikki always helps me out, by fitting my car in for an appt right away. Jason, the general manager, was absolutely Outstanding. He went above and beyond to help me, answered all my questions, sent me pictures to help me better understand what the problem was, in addition to getting my car taken care of and fixed that same day. Jason's professionalism, expertise, and kindness is why I will always bring my car to Begley's. Thank you so much, Jason!

The service, personnel and manager gave me extraordinary information that enabled me to make critical monetary expenses regarding the repair of my Pacifica Hybrid van. In particular, the manager, Jason Warren, was extremely patient in going over so much detail involved with the repairs. I was overwhelmed by such excellent service. patience and expertise. I would highly recommend Begley Auto Repair. The are an exceptional auto repair shop. Thank you many times over.

Most honest repair shop in Florida - plus they do excellent work AND take care of their customers.

I took my vehicle in with an issue that should be covered under warranty and Begley called in on my behalf got the parts covered and schedule my appointment quickly and had me back on the road in a timely manner. They even offered to help set up a rental close to my house while working on my primary vehicle.

I have been EXTREMELY happy with the service at Begley! I was, however, very disappointed this week when I went to pay my bill and was told that if I used my credit card, I would be charged a 3% fee. I was offered an option of paying by check then, but of course no one carries a check book today. I was not told about this policy when I dropped off the vehicle. I should have insisted that they bill me. I'll be back, they've been too good not to return, but I was not happy.
